The dining space, while intimate, has a vibrant and lively energy that makes it perfect for any occasion.

The menu at Reynalda Cucina & Amor is a celebration of Italian cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that make it clear this is not your typical Italian eatery. From the moment you glance at the menu, you'll notice a thoughtful selection of options, all crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. One standout is their homemade pasta-whether it's the delicate ravioli or the rich pappardelle, each dish is expertly prepared, with the pasta practically melting in your mouth. The sauces, too, are made from scratch, rich with flavor yet perfectly balanced. The Gnocchi Sorrentina, for example, is a comforting dish of pillowy gnocchi topped with a fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella, ideal for those craving something hearty and satisfying.

For those looking for something a little lighter, the menu also offers several salads and seafood dishes that highlight the restaurant's versatility. The grilled salmon, paired with roasted vegetables, is a popular choice, offering a refreshing yet flavorful meal that's as light as it is filling. If you’re more in the mood for a classic, the Margherita pizza is always a safe bet-crispy, thin crust with perfectly melted cheese and fresh basil, just as it should be.

What truly sets Reynalda Cucina & Amor apart, though, is its focus on creating a memorable dining experience. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, offering recommendations when asked and ensuring that every meal is served with care. It’s clear that the restaurant values its guests and aims to create an experience that feels both personalized and comfortable.

What People's Say About Place

First time trying a birria burrito and it was amazing compared with the price! The restaurant had great complimentary chips and grilled onion/jalapeno on the side. Self-serve salsa/garnish (everything tasted amazing) and water station. Great little joint and makes you feel the warmth from the owners/workers. Not sure how to explain it, but that’s what I felt. Service was quick. Food was delicious. Restroom was nice and tidy. I’m definitely coming back to try their other items!

Food and service was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend this to anyone. The drive is worth it. Reynaldo is an absolute sweetheart. Can’t wait to be back.

The food and salsa is so GOOD! I'm Mexican American and this is as Authentic as it gets. It is like eating in a Mexican person's home, they just opened the door and let you in. Our visit started out bad because the young thin lady with the long braid who took our order was super rude, irritated, and impatient. No one else was behind us we just asked a couple of questions but it was like she was mad we were there making her work. If the food wasn't good I'd never go back but it was. The quesabirria tacos were SO GOOD. The asada was good in the tacos. The chips were freshly made. The AVOCADO SALSA....WOW... BEST SALSA EVER! The rice and beans were alright. The tomatillo salsa was good too. I just wish they had limes, they have cucumber slices. They have Mexican cokes which is great. It is so pretty inside and the gentleman who cooked was warm and friendly. Just get rid of that girl or have her do another job besides order taking because she's going to drive customers away, people don't like to be treated badly.

I’m glad a stumbled into this wonderful gem in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks. They have a lot of the standards but also include many hard-to-find dishes, at least hard-to-find in TO/WLV, such as mulitas, queso birria tacos, and huaraches. Upon the recommendation of the young lady at the counter, I ordered the costillos en salsa verde (pork ribs in green chile sauce) and they were amazing. The ribs were very tender and the sauce had a nice little kick to it but not too spicy. The handmade corn tortillas were delicious, freshly made, and had a nice fresh masa flavor. At $17.50, it wasn’t cheap but well worth it. The portions were very generous, enough for two people or to take home for a second meal. The service was friendly and my only qualm (a very small qualm) is that when my order was ready, they called me to the counter instead of bringing it to my table, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. Lol. The restaurant style is fast casual: you order and at the counter. The seating is somewhat limited and the dining room is nicely decorated. I will definitely be working Ronalda’s into my regular lunch and dinner rotation. I’m really rooting for the owners to succeed.

Top notch. Amazing huaraches. Most authentic and better quality Mexican food in Thousand Oaks. Going to swing by again soon!!

I’m a regular at this spot for their queso birria tacos. Best in TO/westlake area . The burritos and tacos (esp homemade tortillas ) are pretty solid as well. Great service and a really nice salsa bar.

This place is one of a kind. From the atmosphere to the customer service. Walking in you see the amazing mural they have on the back wall but you also get an instant aroma of the delicious food they have brewing. Jesse’s friendly face at the counter invites you in and his knowledge of the food leaves you conflicted on what to order. I had a classic, their menudo. It came with handmade tortillas and their taco bar has the most flavorful red salsa I’ve ever had. Perfect combination for the menudo. I also had an agua fresca. Their cucumber mint was refreshing. My girlfriend had their pozole. Although I didn’t taste it I couldn’t help but steal one of her tostadas, slap on some of that red salsa and some cheese and sour cream. To finish it off we had a plátano frito with lechera. Honestly, everything was to die for. Will definitely be back for more. We were left with a craving for their specialty, their huarache.

Delicious and authentic! Pozole was nice and hot with plenty of side options to add. Highly recommend the pineapple mango agua Fresca!
